This document describes how sbTV ("we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use our
application and how the live content shown in the app is sourced (the "App"). The App provides football match
schedules, scores, highlights, and links to live match streams.
Important — Content & Streaming Disclaimer
We do not own or host the streams. sbTV does not upload, host, store, broadcast, or control
any live match stream. The App does not create or produce any of the live video content it shows.
Streams come from third parties. All live match streams are provided by and originate from
third-party services — primarily Soco Live (socolivev.co) and their content-delivery
networks — which make those streams publicly available on the internet. The App merely locates, links
to, and embeds streams that are already publicly accessible from those third-party sources. We are an index /
aggregator, not the broadcaster.
Entertainment purposes only. The App and its content are provided for general
entertainment and informational purposes only, on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with
no warranty as to availability, quality, or legality of any third-party stream.
Free — no fees of any kind. sbTV is provided free of charge. We do
not sell, charge, or collect any subscription, premium, membership, pay-per-view, or any
other fee to watch live streams or to use any feature of the App. If anyone asks you to pay to access sbTV
content, it is not us.
All rights belong to the rights holders. All broadcast, media, trademark, and other rights
in the live streams belong to their respective owners, broadcasters, and the originating source. sbTV claims
no ownership of, and asserts no rights over, any stream, logo, team badge, or trademark shown in the App.
Rights & takedown concerns go to the source. Because we neither host nor control the
live stream content, any rights, licensing, copyright, or takedown matters regarding a live stream should be
directed to the originating provider (Soco Live / the relevant broadcaster / CDN) that hosts
and serves that content.
Removal requests. If you are a rights holder and believe a link or reference in the App
points to your content without authorization, contact us at sbtvsupport@gmail.com and we will
promptly remove the link/reference from the App. Note, however, that removing our link does not remove the
media itself, which is hosted by the third-party source.
No affiliation. sbTV is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Soco Live, any
league, club, broadcaster, or rights holder referenced in the App.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
Chat nickname: The App has no account or login. For live match chat you may choose a display
nickname, which is stored locally on your device and shown next to your messages.
Support and Feedback: Any content you send us through email or in-app feedback.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App (screens visited, features used,
timestamps) collected via analytics.
Device & System Information: Device model, operating system version, app version, network
information, and language.
Crash & Performance Data: Logs and diagnostic information used to improve the App.
1.3 Push Notifications
With your consent, we may send push notifications for match alerts and results. You can opt in or out via the App
settings or your device settings.
2. How We Use Information
To provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
To send match alerts and results (with your consent).
To analyze usage and performance to enhance the user experience.
To respond to support requests.
3. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to power the App. These providers may process data as described below:
Streaming sources & CDNs: When you play a live stream or highlight, your device connects
directly to the third-party source and its CDN (e.g., Soco Live). Those providers may receive your IP address
and standard connection data and are governed by their own privacy policies.
Advertising: The App displays advertisements served by third-party ad
networks (currently Adsterra). When an ad is loaded, the ad network and its advertisers may
receive your IP address, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP, and the page or
screen the ad appeared on. They may also set cookies or similar identifiers to limit repeat ads and measure
performance. We do not share your name, email, or account details with them — we do not collect those in
the first place. Ad content is selected by the network, not by us.
You should review the privacy policies of these providers (e.g., Google Firebase and the streaming
sources) to understand their practices. We do not control how third-party sources handle your data.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share data with service providers that perform services on our behalf (analytics, hosting, push
notifications).
We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations or to protect our rights.
5. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the App and for legitimate business purposes,
including compliance with legal obligations.
6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no system is completely
secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Access: You may request access to any personal information we hold about you.
Correction: You may request that inaccurate information be corrected.
Deletion: You may request deletion of your data (subject to legal exceptions).
8. Children
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children
under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date above and,
where appropriate, via an in-app notice.
